Including general public in Madhana scheme

Health Minister, Aminath Jameel, announced today that the general public can now participate in the Madhana Scheme(Govt. Staff health insurance scheme). It has been a year since it was started and to me, it seems a viable way to include health benefits for all. Health benefits were stopped for our family except me when the new government came to power as one of the first ways to minimize govt expenditure. But, now that this opportunity has been opened to all to participate in the scheme, I would not hesitate to enroll my family in the scheme...
