I published this poem back then on 11th July 2004 on our old forum and later re-published it in this blog on 10th May 2007 and this is the updated version of it by Edna Massimilla Many years ago, the family decided to keep Ruth [their child with Down's Syndrome], with them and bring her up in the family as a very special person.
