		<description>I totally agree on this... People who work for the rights of persons with disabilities should focus on this target group at this very moment and do what ever you can do to bring this bill on the right trrack of what we want before it gets ratified..... 

If the children with thalassemia should be in the disability bill then people who are suffering from chronic diseases such as cancer, renal failure etc should be in this bill as well... 

I guess what we want talk in this bill is the &quot;RIGHTS OF PWDs&quot;, the right for them to access health care, the right for them to have education on an equal basis with other children, the right to employment , the right to be independent... Peopl to think and accept them that they are also part of the community , the are not subject to sympathy and charities... They should also have equal opportunities as others....</description>
