Dishcarged 31082005. Aspiration Pneumonia+UTI

Yafaau discharged today as his fever was not there now. He has been admitted in IGMH since 23 August. Earlier, as usual he was being treated for aspiration and later tests revealed that the had urinary infection of some kind. He was started antibiotics; ampicillin and cefotaxim which had no control over the fever so later changed it to ciplox which reduced the fever rapidly. Yafaau is admitted with a high fever of 103F. This monday morning Yafaau’s throat was a bit reddish bu we never expected that he was going to have the highest fever he ever had. It was 101.8F then. Later in the afternoon his fever became higher an rose to almost 102F. After sponging it was reduced immediately. But we wanted to consult Dr.I****l and were able to get to him yesterday morning and he admitted Yafaau instantly for observation.
